EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange policy

All sales are final. No refunds can be requested. 
An exchange can be sought via email within 10 days of receiving the product, depending on availability. 
in case of the given size and/or style requested is not available, a merchandise credit to use at our online store will be provided. 

-All items must be returned in original condition/ unworn/ liners attached 
-The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when exchanging the merchandise                     -Returned items sent by the customer without acknowledgment from a member of the support team will not be exchanged.

Damages 

Once tags are removed from the merchandise, Mood of Sea can not be responsible for any damages that may occur. Our swimwear is delicate and will display normal ‘wear and tear’ over time. 
Mood of Sea swimwear is constructed of the finest fabrics and trim and is extremely delicate in nature, it is not intended for strenuous water activity or long period of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear should be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap. Lay flat or hang to dry. Care instructions come with the swimwear.
